About half an hour later, a couple was robbed at High and Storey streets by a pair wielding a gun and a knife.

The latest incident occurred at about 10:30pm Thursday night near Santa Cruz High School. The victim, a 21-year-old male, was ordered to lie on the ground where he was beaten and kicked before giving up his wallet and cell phone. He described his assailants as two light-skinned Hispanic males, aged 18-22.
