Paul Matthew Garcia, 20, was arrested in his home in Rio del Mar after federal agents and local gang investigators raided his house. Garcia, a member of the Sureno gang, was found in possession of methamphetamine, cocaine, ecstasy, and prescription medications, as well as a gun reported stolen. Garcia was booked in the local jail, with bond set at $50,000.
