The SCPD is searching for a man who robbed the Mission Street branch of the Comerica Bank on Wednesday afternoon. According to police, the man walked into the bank and handed the teller a note saying that he was carrying a weapon. He was handed cash and escaped on foot down Dufour Street. Police dogs were able to follow his trail to Seaside Street, where he disappeared. Any with information about the robbery is asked to contact the SCPD. The suspect is described as a white male in his 20s or 30s, approximately 6 feet tall and weighing about 175 pounds.
