The SCPD has released a sketch of a man suspected of attempting to kidnap a 23-year-old woman as she walked back from a bar to the restaurant where she worked. According to the woman, the man pulled up beside her in a silver Prius and offered her a lift. When she turned him down, he tried to force her into the car. On Tuesday evening, police investigated reports of a second kidnapping attempt, this one on East Cliff Drive near Alhambra Avenue.
