A male student at Pajaro Valley High School has stated that he had a sexual relationship with one of his female teachers. The teacher has been put on administrative leave pending an investigation of the charges, which constitute a misdemeanor under California law. According to the victim, the teacher also provided her students with alcohol when they were off school grounds. The teacher, who remains unidentified, has so far refused to comment about the charges.
