A Felton woman complained to the Santa Cruz County Animal Services that her horse was being sexually assaulted in a pasture near Graham Hill and Mount Hermon roads. When she went to see her horse, she found it tied to a tree, with a stranger standing beside it, pulling up his pants. The man shouted in alarm and dashed off into the woods. Happily, the horse was uninjured, but there is no telling what psychological damage it suffered from the incident.
According to Animal Services, sexually assaulting an animal is considered a misdemeanor according to the California Penal Code. According to me, it is considered yucky. Read more at the Mercury News.
