Recent arrests include Vladimir Ebel, 20, wanted for a gang-related shooting on Sycamore Street, which left one person seriously injured. Richard Pearman, wanted by the Capitola police for selling drugs, was arrested after being recognized in a grocery store, and Jesse James Higdon was arrestad that same day. Higdon was wanted for allegedly stealing electronic equipment from several local retailers.
