It is now offering $25,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the people involved in the assault. The total reward being offered now stands at $225,000.

Stowe, 42, has shown signs of improvement over the past two months, and his condition has been upgraded from critical to serious. That all changed, however, this Monday, after fluid that has since built up in his brain triggered a seizure. He was rushed to surgery, a growth was removed and his brain was drained.
