Rumor has it that this week’s episode of American Idol will feature songs by Elton John. It will also end with two contestants being booted off the show for butchering an Elton John song. Obviously James Durbin will not be booted, but that begs the question: What song should he sing?
To be fair, chances are that he has already picked his song. Still, we’d like to hear what you think he will sing. Since he’s a rocker, I’m betting on “Pinball Wizard.” The problem is that the song is not strictly an Elton John, since it was originally written by Pete Townsend. So, what do you think James will sing?
