After repeated complaints from neighbors, police obtained a warrant to search a home on the 300 block of Spruce Street in Santa Cruz. Neighbors claimed that the home was used to sell and use a variety of illegal drugs including heroin, crack and marijuana. Upon searching the house, police found needles, pipes and other drug paraphernalia, along with heroin and marijuana and a fake handgun. Two men, Roger Golden and Jay Price, and two women, Susan Wilhite and Debbie Stickley, were arrested there on narcotics-related charges. More at Fox 35.
