Last night, millions of people across the United States went to the phones to decide whether Ellenore Scott, 19, could really dance. She thought she could. In fact, she is one of just six finalists on “So You Think You Can Dance,” and the winner will be announced tonight. Scott may live in Brooklyn now, but she got her start in Santa Cruz. She grew up in Aptos, and attended both Santa Cruz Children’s School and Monte Vista Middle School before moving across the country to New York.
