A judge has dismissed charges against Zakari Adams, suspected of throwing rocks through the windows of homes and businesses across Santa Cruz. On June 11, news outlets reported that Adams had been arrested after he was identified by several people who had seen the surveillance camera footage of a rock throwing incident on the news. Judge Paul Marigona ruled that the video evidence was inconclusive.

District Attorney Bob Lee says that he intends to refile charges against Adams once the video has been enhanced. He also hopes to identify two other men in the video who have yet to be arrested. Read more at KSBW.
