Sheriff’s deputies have confirmed the identity of a man found dead in Big Basin Redwoods State Park on Thursday near Berry Creek Falls. Jonathan Ian Frank, 57, of Pennsylvania apparently died from a gunshot wound to the head, and a gun was found beside the corpse. The victim had been declared missing. Frank’s car was in the parking lot, and search and rescue teams were looking for him at the time. Read more at KSBW.
