About Yoga Burn: Vinyasa Flow Class

Yoga Burn: (Strength focus) is a 4 week yoga series workshop. Join us each Sunday, between April 30-May 21 from 10:30-11:45am for a Vinyasa flow class that will get your heart pumping. This class will focus on yoga postures that build strength, flexibility and focus to enhance the overall health of the body and mind. Each class will flow at a moderate pace and be accessible to all levels of students. This series is designed to help students improve cardiovascular health, lose weight and get you moving with more ease.
