About Yoga Basics Course

During this 4 week course on the basics of yoga practice you will learn: The Fundamentals of a Healthy Yoga Practice; Basic Yoga Postures; Basic Breathing Techniques; How to Increase Flexibility; How to Improve Strength; How to Reduce Stress. This course is suitable as an introduction to yoga practice and as a way to begin at the beginning. No prior yoga experience necessary.
