About Wu Wei: Way of the River

Learn the "Three Treasures" Qigong set for healing body, heart, and mind. Beginners will find this to be a fascinating introduction to Qigong practice, while intermediate students will find their practice refined and enhanced. The Three Treasures set emphasizes mindful flowing movements using the principle of "Wu Wei" (doing without doing). The set also includes sound toning, visualization, and a standing and seated meditation to purify and recharge the three inner power centers called the "Tan Tiens". Students will learn to connect their body, heart, and spirit to the external sources of Qi: Earth, Nature, and Heaven. The practice will be enhanced by traditional Gong Fu Tea Ceremony led by Tea Practitioner Skylar Stumpf, sponsored by the Hidden Peak Teahouse. Skylar works with rare vintage Puerh teas served with Gong Fu (skillful cultivation), mindfulness, and ritual to open the energy channels to the flow of Qi. This workshop is intended to be a full introduction to Qigong Self-Healing and it's roots in Taoist Philosophy.
