Winter Solstice Contra Dance

Kelsey Hartman is calling to the music of BLAM! Marta Lynch on fiddle, Bob Silberstein on piano, Elizabeth Todd on flutes, whistle, bodhran, harmonica and feet.

Everyone is welcome! Partners and dancing experience are not necessary. Each of the contra dance forms during the evening are taught and prompted. Beginning dancers are encouraged to attend the free lesson 20 minutes before the regular dance begins.

Suggested admission donation is $12 regular, $8 for full-time students w/student ID card.

Wear comfortable, non-marking shoes to protect your feet and our floors – a separate pair of dance shoes works best.
