Join us for tranquil rhythms to calm your inner pules, release stress, ground yourself, and to reinforce positive Life Rhythms - uplifting patterns of attitude and action!

I'll provide Frame Drums, similar to the one in the photo here (or bring your own), teach some relaxing rhythms that you can internalize and use at home, and guide us using calming stories from my four-decade, worldwide Rhythm Journey.
