Village SC's Capitola Gathering

Residents of Capitola and neighboring communities are invited to June 21 Presentation/Meet and Greet to learn about Village Santa Cruz's Capitola Community Circle. Village SC is about neighbors helping neighbors as they age so they can remain in their homes as long as possible and lead a socially engaging and fulfilling life.
