Greetings Chocolate & Wine Lovers!
Join me for a delightful afternoon celebrating the holiday season and enjoying the beautiful art of Vegan Artisan Chocolate Making and Wine Pairing at the lovely FlipJack Ranch in Bonny Doon nestled in the magical Santa Cruz Mountains!
In this delicious and fun vegan artisan chocolate & wine pairing class; you'll make exquisite chocolate arts with Valrhona France Manjari 64% Dark Chocolate and incredible selections of organic ingredients such as herbs, flowers, chocolate covered cacao nibs, freeze dried raspberries, candied orange, dried fruits, nuts and fleur de sel.
Ribbon, raffia, a small box and label will be provided so that you can beautifully package your exquisite chocolates as a gift to yourself or for someone special.
You'll enjoy sampling your artisanal chocolates with with a delicious Argentinian red wine, the Tapiz Malbec 2016, which beautifully complements chocolates.
Class runs for 4 hours and limited to 10 students to ensure the most spectacular experience for all. Since, space is limited, early registration is highly encouraged.
Class fee is $225.00 p/p (nonrefundable), which includes a bottle of Tapiz Malbec 2016, samples of your chocolate arts made in the class & a small bag of Provence culinary lavender.
Plus, all registered students of this class will receive a one-time 10% discount offer on all items available in the Toque Blanche store in downtown Santa Cruz and on their website. Discount code will be provided in the class.
Make a beautiful weekend of it! FlipJack Ranch is a wonderful place to stay during the weekend of this class. Please view FlipJack Ranch’s charming rooms on Airbnb or call Robin (415) 690-3894 directly to book a room now (since space is limited, early booking is highly encouraged).
I will provide a name badge and an apron for each student, a delicious Provence lavender-infused French roast coffee, a tantalizing fruity red rooibos tea and a decadent Chocolate Persimmon Lavender Tart before the start of class and gourmet vegan tapas throughout the class. It’s an experience you’ll savor from beginning to end.
This delicious class makes a beautiful gift to yourself and your loved ones for birthdays and anniversaries too.!
