TRANSFORMATION: Envisioning Change
In this all-media show, PVAC member artists explore
transformation and change. To experience profound
and radical change in our lives causes us to move in a
different direction or focus. The impetus for this trans-
formation might be personal, emotional, physical, social,
environmental or political. In this show, artists share
how they have used art to help them express this trans-
formation. For some artists, it is art itself that has caused
their perspective to change. And for others, they explore
a topic that they believe requires change. In many ways,
the artwork on display has served to explore and docu-
ment transformation or change.
