How did the people of Santa Cruz use ingenuity to turn the bounty of this area into delicious meals 500 years ago? Find out how as we use the traditional process of making food from the seeds of grassland plants. We will follow the process from the coastal prairie to the dinner plate and everyone will get a chance to taste our creation.
