Totem Animal Workshop with Sarah Shaver

Explore the archetypal animal kingdom in this experiential workshop with Sarah Shaver. Techniques will be drawn from Shamanism to help each participant connect with their own spirit guide.

One of the ways that Mother Earth helps us is to give us animal spirit guides that we can relate to and enjoy; connecting with your spirit helper will provide guidance and companionship on your life's journey.

We will be using drumming and visualization techniques to meet our animal guides. You will be making a power animal out of self-hardening clay, which you will be able to take home after class and continue to connect with your spirit guide.

Sarah Shaver is excited to share the joy of animal medicine with you! She has been studying Shamanic work at Weaving Unity Retreat Center and works with animals on a daily basis at her Educational Goat Farm in Boulder Creek. She is also a shamanic artist who enjoys creating clay sculptures of the Earth's many creatures, each with their own unique way of being. In her spiritual outwork, Sarah gives people the tools to work with and recieve guidance and support from the animal kingdom.
