About Tibetan Yoga Workshop: Yoga on your Feet: Practicing Gentleness & Fearlessness in Difficult Times

Tibetan Yoga consists of 20 exercises designed to easily be practiced anywhere, on your feet, without special equipment or clothing. The original teacher is Khenpo Tsultrim Gyamtso Rinpoche, a Tibetan master trained in old Tibet. Lama Brian Hilliard has been living and breathing mindfulness meditation for 35 years. He has studied under great Tibetan Masters and has completed the traditional 3 year retreat. He is dedicating this workshop to make an auspicious connection to the date Jan.20, 2017, so that we may all meet unfortunate circumstances with gentle fearlessness as potential yogis and yoginis.
