The Winds of Beyond

San Lorenzo Valley High School is proud to present a 2nd reading of "The Winds of Beyond," a new play by Sampson Miller. The reading will take place on Friday, January 12, 2018 beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the San Lorenzo Valley High School Performing Arts Center, located at 7105 Highway 9, Felton, California, 95018. There will be a talk-back following the reading. Feedback for the author is invited and encouraged.

"The Winds of Beyond" is an original science-fiction epic adventure play written by Sampson Miller. The play follows Lyla Stone, a woman stranded on a space station in an alien solar system and finds herself thrust into an adventure to find an intergalactic artifact known as The Winds of Beyond.

Sampson Miller is a senior at SLVHS. He has participated in 11 high school productions, including the recent play, "Museum," which he co-directed. Miller has also written and directed several short films, including “The Ultimate Servant”, which received critical acclaim at the Student Voices Campaign Film Festival earlier this year.

This event is free and open to the public.
