On a deeper level it silences your mind.  Silence is the essence of the soul. Meditation is silencing the incessant chatter of the restless mind. When the chatter is silenced, our being isflooded with Cosmic Energy, or Prana or Chi. This leads to anawakening of our inner senses and fosters Physical, Emotional, Mental and Spiritual Wellbeing.


The participants will learn Anapanasati or Breath-Awareness meditation. 


The event consists of a talk on Meditation. A 30 min meditation followed by Q&A.
