We are a couple of people who are looking to create lasting bonds for individuals through a community-oriented and skill-driven activity based in mountain biking.

Exciting never-seen before format of relay racing in mountain biking for women only! This is a mountain bike race series that is unique. And for women. Switch Back Relay Races (SBRR) focuses on bike-handling skills and teamwork. It is a departure from mainstream, male dominated, competitive races that neglect the female cyclist.

Switch Back Relay Races will consist of 10 teams of 5 riders. The course will be at De Laveaga City Park, and is a 3.5 mile figure eight loop that starts on the De Laveaga Upper Loop then switches over to the Redwood Lower Loop. Each lap takes about 30 minutes to complete --with each team member completing one lap. Switch Back Relay Races will be a team-friendly, low impact, fun and competitive race.
