Sushi Making Workshop

Sushi Chef Carlos Mayorga will give a hands-on class on making shrimp, crab and tempura rolls from scratch using white rice as a base and other fresh ingredients. Participants will feast on their creations and take a roll home to enjoy later. Saké will be included for those who are 21 and over. Carlos is a professional sushi roller who works for Mai Sushi in New Leaf's Westside location.
