Spirit of the Dinosaurs--Benefit to Stop Highway 1 Widening

Measure D will waste over $100 million on auxiliary lanes connecting on-ramps to off-ramps in 6 locations on Highway 1. They won't reduce congestion, which is the biggest transportation problem in our County. The money is better spent on other transportation improvements that truly will make life better here.
