About Sexual Wellness and Pleasure For Female-Bodies

Join us for a fun yet informative evening on Sexual Wellness and Pleasure For Female-Bodied Folks! This workshop will feature three local women of different specialties. Pelvic Floor Specialist Dr. Sara Tanza will teach us about the different structures of the pelvic floor, how to increase strength and control, and the myth behind tightness. Erin Fisher of www.wellandwisewoman.com will show us how to come in partnership with our bodies, re-learning to be deeply in tune with our feminine rhythm, hormones and cycles. And Sex Educator Amy Baldwin will tie it all together with a focus on sexual pleasure.

While this class is focused on female-bodies folks, it is also open to individuals and couples (and triads, etc) of all genders and orientations.

*All proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to Monarch Services/Mariposa house, a shelter for woman and children who are survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking. Can't afford the $10? Come anyway! We won't turn you away.

She firmly agrees with PNF founder Maggie Knott when she says “every human being has unlimited, untapped potential.” Dr. Tanza is also a pelvic floor specialist and has received special training to integrate her many therapy skills into pelvic floor therapy treatments.
