September 11 and the COVID pandemic: How to remain sane in an insane world

The Rev Dr. Joanne Martindale, as Director of Chaplaincy for 864 bed New Jersey Psychiatric Hospital was a first responder to ground zero during 9/11 helping firefighters, FEMA workers, military personnel & families who had lost loved ones. She has served as Chaplain in many crisis situations including at Walter Reed Hospital during Desert Storm and as lead trauma counselor for the Rwandan refugees in 1996 after the genocide. Via Zoom internet link she will discuss affects of our current crisis compared to 9/11 disaster.

The program is Tuesday Noon, September 22nd from 12-1:00.

There will be a 10 minute Classical Piano Music Prelude by Elizabeth Bunch from 12:00-12:10 followed by the program.
