About Semi-Private Training

This group exercise program has between 2-5 clients (early scheduling is recommended). All sessions incorporate strength, cardio, stability, toning, cardio conditioning, and flexibility into an undulating periodization model. This will build lean muscle, burn calories and fat, change your body shape and take your health and fitness to the next level!
