About Save The Oceans, Feed the World

Want to feed the world? First you need to save the oceans. Join Oceana CEO Andy Sharpless for a discussion on how restoring the oceans could feed 1 billion people a healthy seafood meal each day. Oceana is the largest international conservation organization fully dedicated to protecting the oceans. Oceana campaigns in the countries that control about one third of the world’s wild fish catch in order to win policy victories that can restore oceans to abundance and deliver more seafood to the future. Center for the Blue Economy Speaker Series, Middlebury Inst. of Intl. Studies. Free, open to public, no registration required. All details on the web--go.miis.edu/sustainability.
