Emotional intelligence is the ability to recognize your emotions, understand what they're telling you, and then react in a positive way.

It also involves your perception of others; when you understand how they feel, this allows you to manage relationships more effectively. In order to manage relationships more effectively we need to be highly skilled communicators!

The workshop on December 3 will help you:
• Explore your own distinctive strengths and stressors.
• Respect and appreciate differences in the ways people function.
• Provide a better understanding of how to influence through your own communication.
