These sessions involve yoga for strength and alignment. In each session the trainer integrates stretches, yoga postures, breath and relaxation technique to realign the body and strengthen both large and stabilizing muscle groups. Isometric exercises are a focus, as well as taming and controlling the mind. A great counter-training class for those who typically practice more explosive, cardio-based exercises.
