Semi Private Training Recovery: Recovery sessions integrate stretches, yoga postures, breath, and relaxation techniques to realign the body and strengthen both large and stabilizing muscle groups. Isometric exercises are a focus, as well as taming and controlling the mind. A great counter-training class for those who typically practice more explosive, cardio-based exercises. Don’t let the word Yoga fool you, this training session can be intense. Good for the any client regardless of FMS score: variations and adjustments are made for individuals needing modifications specific to his/her body
