This group exercise program has between 2-5 clients. This slower pace, restorative training session focuses on myofascial release, active dynamic and passive stretching, and corrective exercise progressions to perfect functional movement patterns. This will prevent injury, increase athletic performance efficiency and ensure longevity through sustainable movement patterns.
