Rhythm to the Divine: Santa Cruz Women's Dance Series

From your feet to your head, feel the juicy magic, pleasure, and freedom of letting your body speak and move in an authentic way.


This class is a 5Rhythms inspired movement class, though the most important aspects are these:

• Feel your feet in the ground

• Let your head and jaw be loose

• Breathe

These 3 tools alone will get you incredibly embodied (it really feels so good!), and from there the divine is heard.


$30 to drop in, or for the remaining 4 classes a special price of $72. Payment is taken in person at 1509 Seabright Ave in Santa Cruz. Head to the front of the building, use the righthand door, go up the stairs and through the door on the right side.
