These 3 hours will be a practice of deep release, allowing for your true power and authentic self to emerge.
Tantra means 'a device for expansion' and through the power of breath practice we will elevate our vital energy to a place that feels both grounded and ecstatic. Then we will move into Thai Bodywork, known as the lazy mans Yoga. If you have ever received Thai massage before you will attend this workshop for this alone! So good. And finally we will transition into self myofascial release using tennis balls. By the end of the 3 hours your body will be supple, your mind will be calm, your breath will be rich, and your heart will sing! This workshop is not only experiential but also an opportunity to learn new techniques you can take away with you and use forever for your over all well-being.

Amber Campion has been teaching Yoga and Bodywork for more than a decade. Emerging from NYC, she has been privileged to study with many of the pioneers in bringing Yoga (specifically Yoga Therapy) to the West, such as Dharma Mitra, Nischala Joy Devi, & Leslie Kaminoff. Her bodywork training comes directly from her time in Thailand and she has continued to study the body in the U.S.A extensively with renowned teachers of yoga and the martial arts. She is known across the globe for leading partner yoga and bodywork workshops and trainings and highly sought after for these events. She is the creator of DRM: Dynamic Release Method, which combines yoga, self-myofascial release, and a modern day approach to insight principles for a powerfully deep practice of release.

“Amber Campion is an incredibly gifted yoga teacher.
Her authentic approach to personal empowerment is profoundly uplifting. Her knowledge of the body is at the level of artistry. She leads the class through deeply healing flows that challenge and renew. I can be in the most horrible of moods, and emerge from her class inspired and feeling powerful.
She’s a tremendously talented Thai Massage therapist, guiding the body into deep releases. Her sessions are profound. I haven’t done any coaching with her, but if her coaching is anything like the group mentoring she performs with clarity in her speech and playful humility while she teaches yoga, it must be awesome.
Check her out! You will not be disappointed”
