Redwood Chamber Choir's Premiere Concert Series - Free Community Performance!

Our program will feature music from three living composers, Veljo Tormis, Urmas Siask, and Arvo Pärt. Amongst other artists in Estonian culture, these three are considered to be modern day shamans. The music we have chosen not only showcases their unique compositional techniques, but has been selected to exhibit their individual spiritual identity. Embedded in much of this music is also commentary on historical and political events including the passionate “Singing Revolution” which led to Estonian sovereignty. Come and experience an array of beauty, magic, power and awe through refined choral sound. This is a free, family-friendly event - please bring a donation for the food bank.
