Chef Tanya DeCell is the chef/owner of Original Sin Desserts & Catering. She specializes in wine and food pairing and is passionate about using local, seasonal ingredients. In addition to private catering, she is a chef for several Santa Cruz wineries. Her knowledge of wine is extensive and she recently received highest honors as a French Wine Scholar.
