Omar Sosa Quarteto AfroCubano

Composer/pianist Omar Sosa has established an international reputation for his exciting brand of Afro-Cuban jazz, earning seven Grammy nominations along the way. Dedicated to the folkloric roots of Cuba, Sosa’s contemporary harmonic structures and Latin polyrhythms produce a sound both innovative and accessible. Sosa will be bringing his new Quarteto AfroCubano in support of his recent CD release “ILE”, featuring Cuban drummer Ernesto Simpson.
