Do you crave delicious food yet want to nourish your body in a healthy way? Are you interested in learning more about whole foods, plant-based nutrition? Would you like to reduce the oils in your diet without sacrificing flavor? In this class, you will learn the many health advantages of consuming fat in the form of whole, natural, plant-based foods and reducing or eliminating extracted oils from your diet. You will learn a variety of techniques for creating amazingly flavorful foods without relying on unhealthy fats, salt, and sugar. You will help prepare a delicious, healthy meal, and enjoy eating it in community.

• Practice with various techniques for fabulous flavor
• Exposure to methods for replacing refined, highly processed, and cholesterol-laden, high fat foods with whole, healthy, natural alternatives
• Experience making a delightful oil-free meal
• Recipes to be able to make the dishes again at your home

The price of the class is $45. There are a limited number of two-for-one tickets available, so if you want to come with a friend and just pay for one, register right away and select the two-for-one ticket option.

All ages welcome and encouraged to attend. Children and teens 14 and under who have the capacity to engage in structured group activities are free.
