About Oil-Free and Flavor-Full: Delicious and Nutritious Plant-Based Cuisine

Do you crave delicious food yet want to nourish your body in a healthy way? Are you interested in learning more about whole foods, plant-based nutrition? Would you like to reduce the oils in your diet without sacrificing flavor?

Join Chef Beth Love, author of the book series Tastes Like Love, to learn the many health advantages of consuming fat in the form of whole, natural, plant-based foods and reducing or eliminating extracted oils from your diet. You will learn a variety of techniques for creating amazingly flavorful foods without relying on unhealthy fats, salt, and sugar. You will help prepare a delicious, healthy meal, and enjoy eating it in community.

Here is what you will get:
• Practice with various techniques for fabulous flavor
• Exposure to methods for replacing refined, highly processed, and cholesterol-laden, high fat foods with whole, healthy, natural alternatives
• Experience making a delightful oil-free meal
• Recipes to be able to make the dishes again at your home

All ingredients and equipment provided.
