During Scott’s tenure at Juniper, the company grew to more than 10,000 employees in more than 100 countries worldwide and had $4 billion in revenue. Passionate about authenticity in relationships and leadership, Scott and his wife, Joanie, founded 1440 Foundation in 2010 and 1440 Multiversity in 2017.
