Libraries, Quilts and Foster Children

Informational reception about becoming a foster parent. An award winning Quilt entitled "Enchanted Garden" by the North Coast Needlers is on display and tickets can be purchased to win the quilt. The proceeds go to the Friends of the Scotts Valley Library and to New Families, a foster care agency in Felton. Assemblyman Mark Stone will talk about major changes taking place in the foster care system in 2017. Refreshments served.
