About Kombucha Making
Kombucha is a fermented tea rich in probiotics. You can make it at home with a few simple ingredients and tools. This class will cover the basics to get you brewing your own kombucha.
There will be samples of some different flavors to taste, and starter SCOBYs available for class participants. We’ll take an optional field trip to Mountain Feed and Farm—a great source for kombucha-brewing supplies—after the class. Instructor Suzanne Schrag brews kombucha because it tastes good and does nice things for her health. Class is NOT AT the Market but is nearby. Register by paying the $10 fee and we'll send you the address.
