Ken Constable in the Rockroom Lounge

Born in Berkeley, CA, May 1963, and raised in Marin and Santa Cruz counties, musician Ken Constable has been part of the Santa Cruz music scene since the late eighties. He has performed in numerous legendary clubs on the West Coast such as Whiskey-A-Go Go, Slims, Bimbos 365 Club and the Catalyst with the internationally successful band "The InCiters". Ken completed a five country European tour in April 2010 and has been a guitarist/manager for popular club bands including, "Hang Time" and "Brujo."

Classically trained and rock-jazz influenced, Ken continues to evolve in his solo career receiving positive responses from critics and the public alike; he may be the busiest soloist in the area, performing over 130 shows in 2009. Spanish, Brazilian, classical, and popular music are all part of his expansive repertoire, as he engages listeners with his amazing technical prowess and soulful interpretations.
