Straight from the “live music capital of the world” of Austin, Texas, Junior Brown has been wowing audiences the world over with his blistering guitar playing on his custom double-necked guitar, referred to as a ‘guit-steel.’ A country throwback to the era of Ernest Tubb and the Texas Troubadours, Brown contributes to the tradition with slyly comical contemporary songs with titles such as “The Phantom Of The Opry” and “My Wife Thinks You’re Dead.” A powerhouse of a musician, Brown brings levity to the stage as well, with dry wit, rollicking tunes, and plenty of twang.
