Folk Legend JOHN McCUTCHEON In Concert
Tuesday, January 22, 2019, 7:30pm
AT the Resource Center for Nonviolence, 612 Ocean St., Santa Cruz

John McCutcheon:
folk music’s renaissance man —
master instrumentalist, powerful
singer-songwriter, storyteller, activist, and author

John McCutcheon is coming back to RCNV! Don’t miss this last stop on his 2019 Left Coast tour: a benefit for RCNV. "The most impressive instrumentalist I've ever heard." — Johnny Cash. John is a master of the hammered dulcimer, guitar, banjo, autoharp and more. "You can't help but feel more connected to the world after his concerts."

Few performers communicate with the versatility, charm, wit or pure talent of John McCutcheon. The Washington Post described John as folk music’s “Rustic Renaissance Man,” a moniker flawed only by its understatement. “Calling John McCutcheon a ‘folksinger’ is like saying Deion Sanders is just a football player…” (Dallas Morning News).
